The Gateway to Lough Boora Discovery Park, Kilcormac is centrally located between the towns of Tullamore and Birr in County Offaly, nestled at the foothills of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. Kilcormac is a place of stories making it the perfect base from which to explore all that Offaly, Ireland’s hidden gem, has to offer.

With unique attractions and outdoor activities complemented by a warm welcome, Kilcormac and the surrounding area is well worth a visit!

It is the home of the famous Kilcormac Pieta, located in the local church which is just a short drive from Lough Boora Discovery Park, considered one of Ireland’s outdoor treasures, with 2,000 hectares of cutaway boglands, walking and cycling tracks, angling lakes, outdoor sculpture park, a habitat for countless species of birds and wildlife, flora and fauna, fairy avenue and Visitor Centre.
